
According to the news sources the new Mahindra bike is known as internally codenamed A02 and the platform of the new model will be based on old Kinetic Boss. It is expected to be available between Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000. Mahindra had already displayed its new concept motorcycle at the 10th anniversary of Delhi Auto Expo which was held from 5th January to 11th January 2010 in New Delhi.
The company has not yet announced officially regarding the specification and features of this bike. But, it is told that the new engine will be imported from China, which will considerably lower the development cost for the new bike. Mahindra will see tough competition with another entry-level segment motorcycles in India. Meanwhile, Suzuki Motorcycles has recently announced the launch of two new superbikes in India including Suzuki GSX-R1000 and Suzuki Bandit 1250S.
